Traveler must have very high proficiency in neuro, ortho, and total joints! This is non-negotiable. COVID vaccination is encouraged but not required.

This is a small department - RTO must be limited (none is best). Holiday RTO is not available. Thank you! CC

New London Hospital is equipped with two complete operating room suites. Our surgical and anesthesiology teams are highly trained in major surgeries, allowing us to offer our surrounding communities excellent surgical care close to home.

The CST will act as a member of the surgical team and will primarily function in a scrubbing capacity; might assist in circulating duties in the surgical suite.

The CST will maintain aseptic technique while providing a quiet environment in the OR suite, share in OR suite preparation, and will use and maintain specialized equipment and supplies used for specific surgical procedures.

This client will not consider any candidate who lives within 50 miles of the facility.

Non-billable orientation: 0hrs OT, Holiday, Call-Back: 1.25% Call: ***/hour

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years current CST experience [Required]
• NBSTSA [Required]
• Must have high proficiency in ortho, total joints, and neuro [Required]
• Scrubbing experience (General, Ortho, Neuro, Endo)- [Required]
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
