Position Overview: As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will lead a team of sales professionals, establish strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of outstanding service. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, proven sales experience, and a passion for home restoration. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies, real estate agents, and contractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in home restoration sales. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the home restoration, construction, or related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
