In this hands-on, onsite role, you will partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, Marketing, and supplier teams to analyze operational performance, optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support the development of innovative and cost-effective food and beverage manufacturing solutions.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperations Analytics & Performance ImprovementAnalyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, including:Production attainmentsDowntime analysisLine speed performanceLabor costsOperational efficiency metricsDevelop and maintain databases and dashboards to visualize key Operations KPIs and support performance tracking.Conduct statistical analysis and prepare reports to support operational decision-making.Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for process improvement and cost optimization.Cross-Functional Operations SupportCollaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing teams to:Develop operations strategies that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.Support new product development and commercialization efforts.Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Work with internal teams and external suppliers to assess material specifications, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Packaging & Process OptimizationEvaluate and test packaging materials to ensure compliance with:Food safety regulationsQuality standardsSustainability goalsDevelop specifications, technical drawings, and testing protocols for raw materials and packaging components.Identify and implement automation opportunities and efficiency improvements within packaging processes to:Increase production efficiencyReduce wasteImprove operational consistencyTroubleshooting & Continuous ImprovementInvestigate production issues and provide data-driven solutions to maintain operational performance.Apply process improvement methodologies, statistical analysis, and operational assessments to improve manufacturing processes.Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process evaluation, and implementation of operational solutions.QualificationsEducation/TrainingMaster’s Degree required in one of the following:Business AnalyticsBusiness Administration (MBA)Closely related analytical or business disciplineExperienceSix (6) months experience in business development required.Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or process improvement initiatives
