Job Title : Clinical Research Coordinator

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Start Date: Mid-July 2026

Duration: Part-time. Open ended contract.

Schedule: M-F standard business hours. The amount of hours per week will vary based on study needs. Days on sites will vary from 3-8 hours (dictated by # of participants being treated that day (1 = ~ 3 hours; 2 = 4-6 hours; 3 = 8 hours) - Where possible (and applicable) we will always request the site to "stack" participants.

Study Type: Ophthalmology Device.

Coordinate and manage the participation of individuals in clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical trial data, assisting with data entry, verification, and reporting.Support and facilitate all aspects of clinical trial activities, including scheduling appointments, communicating with participants, and collaborating with research teams.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, institutional policies, and regulatory standards.Assist in resolving any issues related to participant eligibility, protocol adherence, or data discrepancies.Act as a liaison between study teams, investigators, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth trial operations.Contribute to the development of study-related materials and provide administrative support as needed.
