LPN Charge Nurse - Full Time Evenings

LPN Charge Nurse Responsibilities Administrate or assist residents with self‑administering medications and treatments Collect, store, and ensure the transport of specimens for laboratory studies Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and physician communication forms Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts Assist in the development and revision of service plans; inform Wellness Director of current resident needs and successful service approaches Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently an LPN/LVN Maintain any other certifications required by state or provincial regulations Desired Behaviors Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all necessary details to get the task done well Leader: Inspires teammates to follow Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or organization Additional Preferred Qualifications Associates degree or higher Licensed Practical Nurse certification Novice level experience (required for certain tasks) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous PTO Plan Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses 401(k) Full‑time employment Vitality Living is an equal‑opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.
