Job Description
As an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) at Trios Health in Kennewick, WA you will be inspired by the community you serve as a valued member of the Lifepoint Health team, a nationally recognized healthcare organization committed to caring with a local heart. Position Details
• Practice Model:
• Full scope - outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical work
• Joining 3 other OB/GYNs and full support staff
• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Hospital Rounding: 30-60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
• OR Time: Two-hour blocks per day (increasing based on volume)
• Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better
• Around 7 call days per month, with about 75% likelihood of being called in
• Deliveries & Volume:
• ~68 deliveries/month
• 2024 total: 638; 2025 YTD: 607
• Procedural Competency:
•
• Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery
• TOLAC/VBAC experience required
• Technology & Tools:
• Robotics available
• Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers
• EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)

Our compensation package can include:
• Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus
• Sign-on bonus: $75,000
