RN Residency: Jumpstart Your Nursing Career with a Preceptor

Christus Health

CHRISTUS Ochsner Health Southwestern Louisiana is offering a year‑long developmental and onboarding program to help newly licensed registered nurses obtain the skills and confidence necessary for high‑quality patient care through evidence‑based training and clinical mentorship.

Each new graduate joins a comprehensive orientation, assigned to a home unit, and supported by a dedicated preceptor who guides a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments.
