As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour CLEET assistance is available Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
