Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists, fostering a collegial environment where teamwork is paramount in addressing the diverse needs of our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the full spectrum of therapeutic processes for your assigned patients, coordinating with physicians and the broader care team.Conduct thorough patient assessments and engage in the development and implementation of personalized care plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.Deliver physical therapy interventions that align with established protocols and laws, ensuring that patient care is in line with ethical standards and best practices.Evaluate and monitor therapeutic progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in response to patient feedback and recovery outcomes.Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, assistive technologies, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.Pursue active collaboration with other healthcare team members to prioritize caseloads, streamline daily operations, and facilitate effective communication during patient hand-offs.Patient Population / Client FocusThe individual in this role will work with a diverse patient population encompassing a range of ages and conditions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the rehabilitation of individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. By tailoring treatment approaches to the specific needs of each patient, you will foster engagement and motivation throughout their recovery journey, which is vital to achieving positive outcomes.QualificationsA valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of California.A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain it within the first month of employment.Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient care, with a focus on improving patient experiences.Preferred ExperienceWhile no prior experience is required, candidates with internships or clinical rotations in rehabilitation settings will be preferred.Experience with specialized therapies or technologies (e.g., manual therapy, aquatic therapy) is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsIn addition to a competitive base salary of USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year, we offer a robust total rewards package that supports the overall health, life, and career aspirations of our employees.
