District Manager, Rheumatology - Boston, MA

Field-based District Manager role overseeing rheumatology commercial operations in an assigned geography. Responsible for coordinating in-field teams, executing district sales plans, developing talent, and driving revenue targets while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry credentialing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field team activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop, implement, and monitor district sales plans with progress tracking
- Coach, mentor, and hold direct reports accountable for performance and behavioral expectations
- Lead internal partnerships in business planning and provide strategic insights
- Communicate market and franchise perspectives while mastering product and disease state knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience with proven leadership
- Business analysis and planning skills demonstrating sales performance results
- Strong judgment and ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments
- Performance coaching and talent development capabilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safety requirements
- Eligible for or in good standing with HCIR credentialing requirements
