**Lead the Growth of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Practice**

We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Practice Lead to take ownership of the CRM consulting practice and play a key role in its next stage of growth. This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong Dynamics 365 CE expertise with commercial acumen, consulting delivery, and team leadership experience. You will shape the practice's strategy, develop strategic client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and lead and develop a relatively small team of consultants , with the opportunity to expand the team as the practice grows.

Working across the Dynamics ecosystem, you will help clients modernise their sales, customer service, and field operations through effective CRM strategies and scalable technology solutions.

The role offers significant ownership, including profit-and-loss responsibility, performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity to increase your compensation as the practice grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Leadership: Lead the overall D365 CE practice, establishing its strategic direction and driving sustainable growth.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, lead presales activities, and contribute to proposals, estimates, and solution design.
• Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end D365 CE implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping clients develop CRM strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and technology adoption plans.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, architects, and technical specialists, with responsibility for performance management and team expansion.
• Delivery Excellence: Establish delivery methodologies, best practices, reusable accelerators, and quality standards across the practice.
• Account Development: Strengthen existing client relationships, identify opportunities for further engagement, and support long-term account growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with functional consultants, developers, architects, and Power Platform specialists to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365CE or comparable enterprise CRM solutions.
• Previous experience building, leading, or scaling a D365 CE or CRM consulting practice.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Understanding of core CRM business processes, including lead-to-opportunity, case management, field service operations, and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
• Proven capability in consulting leadership, project delivery, business development, and client relationship management.
• Experience preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and solution recommendations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline.
