MS Dynamics CRM Functional Analyst Relevant Experience (Yrs) - 8+ Years of IT; 5+ as MS Dynamics CRM Functional experience Technical/Functional Skills - Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Understand CRM processes (marketing, sales and customer service) to identify opportunities for customers to move processes on CRM. Gather and understand client functional requirements. Write spec/requirements for the software. Experience in creating complex design around organization, roles and security of CRM system. Setup & Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK. Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code. Design business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications. Develop high level project work plans. Lead CRM functional discussions with clients. Provide training to users Education and Experience 4 year degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent. 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required. Experience with Dynamics CRM 2015 is required and preferred if have hands on experience with 2016. Preferred to have CRM mobility experience. Required Skills Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports. Functional specifications documentation. Data migration and integration mappings. Hands-on knowledge of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit. CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development Work Location - Renton, WA ClifyX
