Kitting and Packing Associate

Kitting and Packing Associate
We are seeking individuals for a Fulltime position. The hours are 7am-3:30pm or until finished, Monday-Friday, some overtime and Saturdays required during peak season.

Previous picking, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. We will train you if needed!

The position is located:

Our location is north of Jacksonville, Florida

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Picking and/or packing products.
Requires a high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task & perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to stand/walk for 7-8 hours per day.
Must be able to grasp, hold & manipulate assembly parts of varying size/weight using hands/fingers daily and frequently. Some parts are very small.
Must be able to accurately count and learn to pack an order according to standards.
Review paperwork for accuracy, confirm quantities and meet quality standards.
Individual must be able to follow directives working either as a team or individually.

Experience and Requirements

Arrive at work on time each day and consistently attend work.
6+ months of picking/packing experience (preferred but not required).
Manufacturing and warehouse experience (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
