Senior Wealth Advisor – Multi-Family Office Location: Phoenix/Scottsdale Area HireneXus is working with a multi-family office with ~$4B+ AUM in their search for a Senior Wealth Advisor. This company has a long history of offering white glove wealth management services to their clients with a focus on a planning first approach and high-touch client service. The ideal candidate is a CFP with at least 8 years of client facing advisory experience in an UHNW environment ($20M-50M+ AUM clients) that has leadership/mentorship experience. This is a great fit for an advisor that prioritizes a holistic planning approach to their relationships and is looking for a best-in-class firm where they can work with complex clients. This role will work to support existing clients and referral clients coming into the firm. Responsibilities Leads client facing teams in providing exceptional client experience. Serving as lead point of contact on wealth management services for our clients, including lead role in client meetings. Client’s primary source of planning advice and primary contact for client questions and issues. Developing and reviewing financial plans and related financial reports for clients; leading in the delivery of those plans and identifying key action steps. Implementing investment portfolios based on the firm’s investment philosophy and the client’s specific goals & objectives. Developing relationships with clients to understand their financial and personal goals. Training junior team members. Coordinating with client’s other advisors to develop integrated solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. 8+ years’ financial advisory or wealth management experience. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other relevant designations required. Knowledge of eMoney or other financial planning software. Familiarity with Salesforce and Tamarac, our Portfolio Accounting software is a plus.
