Mental Health Therapist - Master's (FBH Clinician III)

Job Summary We are looking for a Master's-level Mental Health Therapist for the Family Behavioral Health Team in Tacoma, Washington, to provide family-oriented, strength-based mental health services in homes and the community. Compensation Starting Salary Range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60 New‑Hire Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 Relocation Assistance Additional Pay: First Responder $1,800 per year; Performance-based up to $8,000 per year; Licensing Clinical Supervision; Licensure $250 per pay period (twice monthly); Language Stipend $100–200 per pay period (twice monthly). Work flexible schedules and participate in an on‑call rotation with clinicians and care coordinators. Collaborate and coordinate intensive behavioral health services, partnering with families and community supports to achieve long‑term safety and stability. Serve as a catalyst for change, offering new approaches and challenging long‑standing service traditions. Work based out of the FBH Northend Tacoma office but primarily provide services in community-based and home settings. Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or an equivalent accredited degree. Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred. Energetic, innovative style that engages children, youth, and family members. Enthusiastic, optimistic approach encouraging ongoing participation. Natural ability to work with others through a genuine strengths‑based approach. Passion for helping families stay together. Ability to assess safety in community and home settings. Independent and team‑oriented work skills. Culturally competent service delivery in diverse situations. Will travel to homes and community locations as needed. Preference for a flexible schedule versus a fixed 8‑5 facility‑based position. Available to participate in on‑call rotations. Must pass required background clearances.
