Role Overview This primary care physician role involves providing comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients in a team-based, patient-centered environment. You will diagnose, manage, and document moderately to complex medical conditions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Responsibilities Delivering whole-person outpatient care, including wellness visits, chronic condition management, and minor injury treatment. Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. Working collaboratively to address physical, emotional, and social health factors. Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics. Unrestricted Florida medical license or willingness to obtain. Current unrestricted DEA license or willingness to acquire. At least two years of experience in primary, geriatric, or chronic care management.
