Work on Equipment Similar to Morooka, Terramac and Prinoth track carriers. We also work on Remote track systems. If you’ve worked on Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Volvo Construction Equipment, or agricultural equipment, your experience translates directly here. At Rig Source, we work on track‑based drilling rigs and heavy equipment that uses similar diesel‑powered engines and hydraulic system components to the standard brands: Electrical systems This is a hands‑on, non‑dealership environment where you’ll diagnose, repair, and rebuild real machines - not just follow repetitive workflows. What You’ll Work On Track‑mounted drilling rigs and support equipment Hydraulic systems, cylinders, pumps, and hoses Diesel engines and electrical systems Equipment inspections, rebuilds, and troubleshooting What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Perform maintenance, inspections, and component replacements Read schematics and troubleshoot systems Work with parts and operations teams to complete jobs efficiently Take ownership of repairs from start to finish What We’re Looking For 5+ years working on heavy equipment, ag equipment, or diesel systems Experience with hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues Strong work ethic and reliability Why Mechanics Come Here Variety of work - no repetitive dealership routines Work on complete machines, not just one system Tight‑knit team, not a corporate shop Stable, year‑round work About Rig Source Rig Source has over 20 years of experience and operates the world’s largest geotechnical and environmental rental fleet.
