Speech Therapist

Position Overview Speech‑Language Pathologist – Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation (Boulder, CO). PRN to full‑time. In‑house therapy with strong infection control. Schedule & Employment Sundays–Thursdays. Option to transition to full‑time after 90 days. Flex schedule, competitive benefits. Key Responsibilities Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders. Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services accordingly. Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders. Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements. Document all regulatory and clinical information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records per company policy. Qualifications CO licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist.
