Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other PT interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Uphold a safe, welcoming, and professional clinical environment

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or related PT settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
