The Technology Consulting Senior Manager advises upon, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself. As a Consulting practitioner in the Products industries, you'll work with clients to positively impact the lives of consumers, patients, and travelers. SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture. SAP-Financials Accounting and Operations professionals design, implements and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, and executive controls.

A professional at this position level within Client has the following responsibilities:

• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Client.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
• Manages small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Client.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance - functional experience through 10 or more implementations/deployments which includes: Experience leading work streams of 30+ team members on large, global SAP deployments
• Experience in leading SAP Finance-related business case/strategy efforts to scope and deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in SAP S/4 Finance - previous hands-on experience over 3 or more engagements
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Management Skills
• Prior client-facing consulting experience is required
• Business development experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree is required

Preferred Skills:

• Client-facing skills in partnering to scope and drive successful S/4HANA Finance delivery
• Ability to generate and publish SAP Finance-related thought leadership through white papers, internal assets, and conference presentation materials
• Agile - experience and certification
• Large-scale SAP solution sales experience
