Who You Are: The Associate Director, KOL Management will support the development of a late-stage commercial asset, Infigratinib, the first and only oral therapy for the treatment of achondroplasia. The individual will drive cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment, ensuring success in the US. They will lead the development of strategic and tactical KOL engagement plans. Success will be measured by gaining and sharing of key insights, and the development of knowledge related to an asset and/or disease state and well as the development of mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant stakeholders. This person will play a key strategic role on the commercial product team and partner closely with Market Insights, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders. The role requires strong clinical acumen, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence across the organization. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities: Design KOL identification/profiling, mapping and key strategic efforts to establish engagement with and by KOLs in the cardiology space Lead the creation, execution and maintenance of the commercial Key Opinion Leader engagement plan to build, cultivate and maintain KOL relationships Develop resources for KOL engagement activities such as a database or similar platform for tracking of KOL partnership Support development and management of the infigratinib speaker bureau, including program design, ongoing maintenance, speaker selection, and innovative strategies to strengthen brand messaging Lead US Congress KOL engagement planning for the commercial team Partner closely with internal teams to ensure we are using appropriate insights and metrics to inform the KOL management strategy and activities – directly to KOLs and with KOLs toward community physicians Lead the development and execution of commercial advisory boards to inform, uncover opportunities and support brand strategy and launch preparation Liaise and communicate with internal stakeholders, including medical affairs and product development, advisory board insights to ensure aligned understanding and implementation Proactively evaluate/assess the relevant market landscape, monitoring changes in market dynamics, competition, clinician needs and practices Developing targeted measurement plans – setting goals and meeting KPIs Work cross-functionally with agency partners, sales, commercial operations, brand analytics, IT, MCM, etc. No matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are: Patient Champions, who put patients first and uphold strict ethical standards Entrepreneurial Operators, who drive towards practical solutions and have an ownership mindset Truth Seekers, who are detailed, rational, and humble problem solvers Individuals Who Inspire Excellence in themselves and those around them High-quality executors, who execute against goals and milestones with quality, precision, and speed Where You'll Work This is a US-based remote role that will require 30-40% travel for conference attendance, KOL meetings, speaker program attendance. Who You Are 7+ years of industry experience (sales / marketing, clinical practice, academic, and/or medical affairs). Field-based experience and/or leadership is strongly preferred but not required Achondroplasia experience strongly preferred Experience leading KOL engagement activities, including the management of KOL data and implementation of strategic initiatives High-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategyand to align with key stakeholders on operational priorities Proven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team Able to handle full workload across multiple projects Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution. Proven track record of strong strategic leadership, teamwork, innovation, project management and demonstrated ability to manage, lead and mentor individuals Successful launch experience in a competitive market preferred Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills True entrepreneurial spirit – BridgeBio was built to do things differently and address the needs of underserved populations, driven by science and unrelenting passion for patients Travel anticipated to be on the higher end, 40%+, during initial launch preparation At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
