Physical Therapist - Inpatient
If you are passionate about helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, consider joining us as a Physical Therapist . In this inpatient role, you will work closely with patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functionality during their hospital stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their recovery goals.
- Create therapy programs focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and pain management during hospitalization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are implemented effectively.
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques that support continued recovery after discharge from the hospital.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
Work Environment:
- The role is based in hospital inpatient units where physical therapists help patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation support.
- This position demands physical stamina as it involves assisting patients with mobility exercises throughout the day in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
