Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager
180-200k, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with an established Law Firm in NYC seeking to add an experienced Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager to their team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with attorneys and practice group leaders to develop and execute business development and marketing strategies.
- Support client development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Lead responses to RFPs, pitches, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and client-facing programs.
- Assist with practice group planning, market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of business development and/or marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting attorneys, practice groups, or client development initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
