We SUPERKLEEN.” San Antonio & Surrounding Areas Evening Shift Position Commercial Floor & Trash Operations POSITION SUMMARY SuperKleen LLC is hiring hardworking individuals for our Floor Tech position. Floor techs are responsible for maintaining high-traffic floor areas and helping ensure buildings remain safe, clean, and presentable throughout the route. This role is physically active and ideal for individuals who: ✅ Like staying busy ✅ Work with urgency ✅ Can work independently ✅ Take pride in visible results ✅ Understand teamwork & efficiency PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Remove trash from offices and common areas Transport trash to dumpsters or designated areas Sweep hard floors and entryways Vacuum carpeted areas and mats Mop floors and high-traffic pathways Detail corners and edge areas Maintain clean and safe floor conditions Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment Support crew members when needed SCHEDULE Training: 5:00 PM until the route is finished Training will not exceed 11:00 PM Standard Schedule: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM PAY STRUCTURE $800 Paid on the 3rd & 17th Guaranteed bonus structure available based on: ✅ Attendance ✅ Route completion ✅ Quality of work ✅ Teamwork ✅ Professional conduct ✅ WHAT WE LOOK FOR Dependability Strong work ethic Ability to move quickly & safely Team-oriented mindset Consistency Positive attitude Ability to follow directions SUPERKLEEN STANDARD Every floor should: LOOK clean ️ FEEL safe ✨ PRESENT professionally No debris.
