Leading a national maintenance strategy, the full-time Senior Maintenance Manager will oversee the development of a scalable maintenance platform for single-family rental homes, focusing on vendor management, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design and implement a national maintenance strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals Oversee third-party maintenance providers and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and accountability Champion the use of maintenance technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency and data visibility Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the single-family rental industry Proven success in building and managing hybrid maintenance models (in-house and third-party) Deep knowledge of residential systems, building codes, and capital project execution Strong command of maintenance tech platforms and data analytics tools Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field Virtual Vocations Inc
