Crossroads Treatment Centers
Day In The Life Of A Medical DirectorEvaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settingsPrescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessmentComplete medical documentation per Crossroads standardsCollaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community servicesProvide injections if neededAPP collaborationPrimary center: TylerTarget weekly hours: 8 hours (in person once a week 5am-11am and admin work no more than 30 minutes 4 days a week)MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Texas medical licensure, DEA and authorized to practice medicine in Texas.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in addiction medicine, preferably with experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and/or providing medication for opioid use disorder.Board certified in primary specialty in one of the following: Family Practice/Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, PsychiatryExperience in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), substance use disorder (SUD) treatment setting, addiction medicine practice or similar clinical environmentMust meet applicable requirements of the Texas Administrative Code governing Narcotic Treatment Programs and Medical Directors.W-2 employment, permanent part-time, with competitive pay based on experience with MATMalpractice insurance coverage401K plan with employer match (Immediately vested in the employer match)EAP (24/7 support)Health Advocate Services (support and guidance to help you through legal issues)Calm Health subscription (personalized programs created by mental health professionals)Previ (phone plan discounts)Tickets at Work (exclusive deals)Access to a banking & investing program
