Assistant Store Manager

In this role, the Store Manager will be leading the retail team at a specific retail store and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie, with communication being at the forefront of team building. You will oversee sales, security, compliance, reporting, and cash management procedures related to operating the retail store. Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. • Oversee daily operations, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow that meets our high standards. • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, safeguarding our reputation and integrity. • Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing shrinkage. • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, empowering your team to excel and innovate. • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in our services and offerings. Qualifications: • Experience in retail management with a focus on driving store performance and achieving KPIs. • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service. • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Assistant Managers and Regional Managers. • Proficiency in using POS systems, METRC, and inventory control systems for efficient operations. • Capability to analyze sales data and create actionable reports to enhance store performance. • Experience in handling customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty retention. Compensation: $70,000 yearly - $75,000 yearly
