POSITION OVERVIEW:

Labor and Delivery Nurses play a vital role in welcoming new life into the world. They provide care to women during labor and childbirth, ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby, offering guidance to mothers, and assisting medical professionals. In this role, you will prepare families for the birthing process and support patients with breastfeeding after delivery.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D). A New York State Healthcare Provider license is required or the willingness to obtain one.

Required Certifications:

This role may necessitate one or more of the following certifications: STABLE, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, ADV AWHONN.
