The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be central to the guest experience — from portioning dishes on the line to handing off finished bowls, running the register, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests as they move through the line and help them build their plate (base, entrée, veggie, side)
• Scoop and portion dishes accurately and consistently
• Hand off completed bowls to guests and keep the line moving efficiently
• Operate the register and handle cash, and card payments
• Answer questions about ingredients, spice levels, and pricing
• Keep display bowls stocked and refreshed, coordinating with the wok line
• Maintain a clean dining area, tray station, and register throughout the shift
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, professional demeanor and genuine interest in guest service
• Reliability and punctuality as part of a fast-paced team
• Basic math skills and comfort with a POS system (training provided)
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, not required
• Food Handler Certifications (or willingness to get one before 60 days)
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends
