PrideStaff is seeking a  Commissions & Agent Operations Specialist to join a growing administrative team in the Clearwater area. This role focuses on providing partner support, managing recurring payouts, and overseeing database maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to active field partners via phone and email regarding platform access, system navigation, and general account questions.
• Process daily, weekly, and monthly commission payments and payout schedules accurately.
• Set up new agent accounts and update existing profile records in the primary administration system.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve daily system load errors and commission calculation discrepancies.
• Coordinate across internal departments and external organizations to resolve licensing and appointment issues.
• Track returned payments, research discrepancies, and update demographic or banking details.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of experience in customer support, corporate administration, or sales support.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or partner/agent management environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong phone presence, active listening skills, and professional communication habits.
• Solid organizational habits with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet recurring deadlines.
