Vice President of Recruitment at CTMK Network We’re seeking an ambitious Controller to join a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed construction company . This role will oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple construction projects in the region. As the company expands, the Controller will provide leadership, ensure strong financial controls, and implement systems to support growth. Responsibilities Construction project tracking and cost oversight Handle Percentage of Completion accounting for active projects Lead month-end close processes and reporting Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis Drive accounting software implementation and process improvements Compensation : Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. Annual Bonus included. Upside up to $120k (salary listed as basis for base pay). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience , including at least 2 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager role Previous experience in construction or project-based accounting preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, WIP, and percentage of completion accounting Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and process improvements Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills This position is drawing a lot of interest !
