Employee Benefits ConsultantAs an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will help organizations build benefits programs that support their employees while driving growth for the agency. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and employee benefits expertise to deliver meaningful solutions that help employers attract, retain, and support their workforce. You will work closely with prospects, clients, carriers, and internal account executives to evaluate employee benefits strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored recommendations.
