This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy building strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs and providing effective solutions. This role involves assisting customers with sales and service inquiries to enhance overall satisfaction and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience by uncovering customer needs in a customer‑centric manner and recommending appropriate bank products and services. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including account opening and maintenance for both personal and business accounts. Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting overall branch performance and success. Refer customers to subject‑matter experts when more complex financial goals or needs are identified. Complete required outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships. Actively engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practice. Effectively de‑escalate customer concerns or complaints by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution‑focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures as needed. Conduct all activities in accordance with bank policies, procedures, systems, the Corporate Code of Conduct, the Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Bank
