The role involves leading enterprise HR technology projects, collaborating with diverse teams, maintaining project schedules and documents, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting organizational change management. Required experience includes: 7+years in project/program management Agile and Waterfall methodologies HR technology implementations Proficiency with various project management and collaboration tools. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, PMP and/or Agile certifications, and experience with large-scale HR technology programs and Workday implementations.
