Terapeuta del Habla (SLP) para Salud en el Hogar

Esta posición es para un Contratista Independiente para servir específicamente el área de Santa Fe Springs. FeldCare Connects está buscando actualmente un Terapeuta del Habla motivado para entregar una excelencia en el cuidado premier y está entusiasmado por trabajar con adultos de todas las edades. El Terapeuta del Habla en Salud en el Hogar es responsable de la evaluación y valoración de las necesidades de cuidado del paciente en el tratamiento de trastornos del habla y el lenguaje, entrenar funcionalidad en comunicación, deglución e impedimentos cognitivos. Basado en esta evaluación y valoración, el Patólogo del Habla determina un plan de tratamiento, ejecuta intervenciones dirigidas a mejorar y potenciar el bienestar del paciente, y monitorea eficazmente el progreso del paciente. Un Terapeuta del Habla para Salud en el Hogar debe: Interpretar, planificar, establecer y ejecutar un programa de tratamiento adecuado de acuerdo con la remisión del médico. Revisar, registrar y reportar la respuesta del paciente al tratamiento y cualquier alteración en la condición del paciente. Enseñar, instruir y monitorear a los pacientes, sus familias y otro personal del equipo de salud respecto a los procedimientos de terapia del habla relacionados con el programa de terapia del paciente. Hacer recomendaciones basadas en el entorno del hogar y las necesidades individuales del paciente. Mantener un registro de cada visita del paciente e incorporar notas detalladas en el expediente médico. Revisar las respuestas del paciente al tratamiento y hacer recomendaciones al médico relacionadas con la necesidad de continuar o discontinuar el tratamiento de terapia del habla. Cualificaciones: Habilidad y entusiasmo para trabajar con todas las edades Licencia y registro de Terapeuta del Habla por el estado Finalización de un programa acreditado de Terapeuta del Habla Certificado de Competencia Clínica (en patología del habla o audiología) otorgado por la Asociación Americana del Habla-Lenguaje y Audición Bilingüe es un plus!
