Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager | Per Diem

Waxahachie, TX

Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice RN Case Manager to join our nursing team in Ellis and Dallas County, TX. This role involves delivering hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinating services, and guiding patients and families through their hospice journey. You will work per diem hours, with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts and after-hours on-call, supporting compassionate end-of-life care within the community.
