Physician Emergency Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description

STATU S is seeking an emergency department medical director in Fairfield, Iowa. This low volume ER is located one hour from Iowa City, Iowa and two hours from the Quad Cities. STATUS Health Partners is a physician owned and operated group that is based in Iowa.


Position Highlights

• Annual ED Volume: 7,992 patients
• Epic EMR
• Physicians can work 12 or 24 hour shifts
• Advanced practice provider in ED during peak hours for double coverage
• General and Orthopedic Surgery on site 5 days a week
• Outstanding specialty services available for consult and follow-up care
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Schedule allows for physicians to live outside the area

Qualifications

• ATLS, ACLS, & PALS
• Previous administrative experience preferred
