Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Kitchen Contractor / Masonry & Framing Specialist for an immediate start . In this role, you will lead the construction and installation of custom outdoor kitchens, barbecue islands, perimeter counters, and outdoor living structures across Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties .

You will handle projects from layout and structural framing through finish masonry, stone/tile installation, and utility hookup preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Framing & Structural Build: Build heavy-duty outdoor kitchen frames using concrete block (CMU), heavy-gauge steel framing, or pre-engineered outdoor cabinetry systems according to plan specs.
• Finish Work & Masonry: Install stone veneer, tile, stucco, granite/quartz countertops, and decorative finishes on outdoor structures.
• Component Integration: Measure, cut, and fit built-in grills, side burners, access doors, drawers, outdoor refrigerators, and fire features.
• Utility Rough-Ins: Plan and coordinate rough-ins for gas, electrical, and plumbing with sub-trades or perform basic rough-in preps according to local codes.
• Plan Reading: Accurately read, interpret, and execute design blueprints, site plans, and hardscape schematics.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain clean, safe job sites and perform quality control checks to ensure structures withstand South Florida weather elements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in outdoor kitchen construction, hardscaping, custom masonry, or outdoor living builds.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CMU block laying, steel/aluminum framing, stucco application, tile/stone setting, and finish carpentry.
• Equipment Knowledge: Skilled in operating standard masonry tools, wet saws, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Licensing & Travel: Valid Florida Driver’s License with a reliable record; ability to travel to job sites in Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties.
• Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather, lift up to or 50+ lbs. regularly, and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, detail orientation, and customer-facing professionalism.
