Sr Program Manager (OCI Rack Ingestion)

We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong passion for supply chain excellence to lead our Rack Ingestion Program, supporting OCI’s rapid growth through scalable hardware deployment and provisioning solutions.In this role, you will focus on optimizing rack ingestion and provisioning processes—overseeing the development and execution of provisioning that ensure our infrastructure can efficiently meet current and future demands for our customer. You will spearhead process improvement initiatives in rack redeployment, driving alignment across OCI Infrastructure Ordering and Supply Chain teams.As a strategic leader within the Rack Ingestion Program, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams. Define, establish, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business impact across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
