Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) in Illinois. This position involves providing outpatient pelvic health therapy to adult patients, with a focus on pelvic floor treatment for both male and female patients. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, emphasizing patient-centered care within a critical access facility.
Job Details
- Position / Specialty: PT Outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Location Requirements: Must have an active Illinois physical therapist license in hand or already applied
- Years of Experience: Minimum 1-year experience required
- Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Required Certifications: BLS, IL State Physical Therapist license
- Additional Qualifications: First-timers accepted; Cerner experience preferred; must ensure compliance with fingerprinting requirements and be in Illinois three business days prior to the start date
- Clinical Responsibilities: Seeing pelvic floor patients, performing assessments, treatments, patient education, and managing care plans
- Submission Instructions: Candidates must be pre-closed, reviewed with the traveler regarding compliance, and have housing arrangements confirmed. SSN and DOB are required at submission, along with 2-3 interview availability windows.
- Additional Information: The assignment is at a Critical Access facility with 25 beds, requiring compliance with state and facility-specific onboarding policies.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
