Job Description:

Registered Nurse with ICU experience needed for night shifts in a 226-bed non-profit community hospital featuring 11 ICU beds. The position is focused on providing critical care to patients with various complex conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patients with CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, and post-cath patients.
• Administer blood products and manage drips such as diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, and heparin.
• Monitor and manage chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, and femoral arterial sheaths.
• Maintain proficiency in using EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Float to TELE, Telemetry 2EW, Med-Surg, and Neurology-Medical as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with Art line, Impella, and/or IABP preferred.
• Professionalism in attire with any colored scrubs.
