Requirements

• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Outpatient orthopedic; 60 minute one-on-one sessions; treatment for conditions including cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op surgeries, spinal conditions, joint replacements, neurological conditions 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required in hand; NIHSS cert pending accepted (must get during compliance) 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license (pending accepted, must get during compliance); WI Physical Therapist License preferred 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s Days (2 days 7am-5pm, 2 days 7am-6pm); call requirements not specified 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off; RTO required upon submission 9.
