Business Systems Product Manager

MCC seeks a Business Systems Product Manager to steward and enhance core platforms that support global relief, development, and peacebuilding work. In this mission-driven role, you will act as product owner for CRM, ERP, and related systems, aligning technology and data with MCC’s Christian Anabaptist values. You will gather requirements, shape product roadmaps, oversee implementations and integrations, and improve workflows, reporting, and data quality. Partnering closely with cross-cultural teams worldwide, you will lead training and change management to ensure tools effectively support programs, fundraising, finance, and HR operations.
