Part-Time Inside Sales & Order Specialist

Location: Knoxville, TN
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week in-office
Pay: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Southeast Supply, Inc. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Inside Sales & Order Specialist to support our customers and delivery team.

In this position, you will work from our Knoxville office and contact existing customers by phone to help them place orders. You will also recommend additional products based on customer needs, enter orders accurately, and prepare them for delivery by our drivers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, building relationships, and helping a small business grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers by phone
• Assist customers with orders and product questions
• Enter and maintain accurate order information
• Provide general administrative and customer-service support
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Friendly and professional telephone communication
• Comfortable making outbound customer calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in the office
• Willingness to learn about the company’s products
• Previous customer service, order-entry, or inside-sales experience is preferred

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Flexible Hours: 8 AM-12 PM or 12-4 PM

No evenings. No weekends. No overnight travel.
