The Genetic Diagnostic Laboratory of Dr. Arupa Ganguly at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Laboratory Technician/Specialist. You will perform routine and advanced molecular biology procedures, including DNA isolation, mutation detection, real-time Q-PCR, NGS library preparation, SNP arrays and sequence analysis, with familiarity in bioinformatic tools a plus.
