Production Associate

Position: Entry‑level Production Worker An entry‑level position that requires no previous experience. We will train the right person. The production worker role includes multiple jobs in producing and packaging pies, and employees may rotate between positions throughout their shift. Tasks may be repetitive. Candidates must follow good manufacturing practices and standard food safety requirements, have attention to detail, and be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Responsibilities: Perform hands‑on or mass production of pies or other baked goods. Read staff and daily production/manufacturing schedule and report to the appropriate department on time while fully understanding daily expectations, requirements, or specifications. Follow GMPs, audit/food safety requirements, and guidelines; properly fill out documentation and QCQA records that measure daily performance and completion details. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. Report any product deficiencies, food or safety concerns to the Line or Production Supervisor. Requirements & Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work overtime and have a flexible schedule (shifts may change based on customer needs and coverage for vacations/call‑offs). Basic reading and writing skills. Must be able to follow directions and work in a fast‑paced environment. Hard working, dependable, positive attitude, safety‑conscious and team‑oriented. Ability to lift and/or push 50 or more lbs. continuously throughout the shift. Work standing or walking for long periods of time (8–12 hours at a time). Work bending and squatting.
