About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at J & C LUCAS KWIK KAR LLC as a Lube Tech/State Inspector! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about automotive service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lube services and oil changes efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct state inspections in compliance with local regulations.
- Diagnose and repair minor automotive issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and new technologies.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Valid state inspection license is a plus. Valid drivers license.
- Experience in lube services and basic automotive repairs. (2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
