Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and components
• Perform installations of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment
• Conduct routine plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance services
• Identify and resolve issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and service vehicle
• Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role
• Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Familiarity with South Carolina plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Plumbing license or certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
