Their world-class portfolio consists of some of the most exclusive, iconic branded high-rise residences and luxury condominiums shaping the Miami skyline. Their current and upcoming pipeline features landmark, ultra-luxury oceanfront towers and high-rise developments with project values typically spanning the $500M+ range.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to fill an Owners Rep Construction Manager role to oversee these forthcoming landmark projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential or luxury condominium developments from the owner/developer side. While candidates with a pure General Contractor background may be considered, an owner's representative background is highly preferred.
