Position: Associate Financial Planner
Location: Caldwell, ID
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Financial Planner to join our team at Mainspring Wealth Advisors, LLC. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services who enjoys working with clients, analyzing financial information, and supporting investment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client meeting agendas, reports, and financial planning materials.
- Assist with financial planning strategies, investment research, and portfolio reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records and financial planning software.
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, transactions, and account maintenance.
- Communicate with clients and follow up on requests and action items.
- Support investment account trading and rebalancing.
- Collaborate with advisors and external professionals to deliver quality client service.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of financial services industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- FINRA registration, including Series 7 and 66 (or recognized equivalents), required or ability to pass the exams within 12 months.
